Twilight Camp is an evening adventure-filled Cub Scout day camp held right after school lets out for the summer. Instead of spending your days in the sun, you and your Scout get to enjoy the cooler evening hours filled with exciting, age-appropriate activities—all led by trained volunteers.
It’s one of the best ways to kick off your Scout’s summer with three nights of crafts, outdoor games, Scout skills, and fun memories under the open sky!
Twilight Camp is one of the best Cub Scout experiences of the year. Your Scout will grow in confidence, independence, and skills—all while having an absolute blast. We hope you’ll join us this summer at Myers Park!
Youth Participant: $100
Early Bird Special: $75 if registered before April 29 @ 11:00 PM
🎩 BONUS: Register before March 31st and your Scout will receive a Twilight Camp Hat!

🧢 T-Shirts: Register by April 29 to guarantee your t-shirt size. After that, sizes may be limited and based on availability.
Youth Participants:
Open to all registered Cub Scouts entering 1st–5th grade in Fall 2025
Please register your child for the grade they will be in next school year (as of 9/1/2025)
Parent Participation:
Parents/guardians are required for Tiger Scouts (rising 1st graders)
For other age groups, adult participation is encouraged—and required at a 1:3 adult-to-Scout ratio per Pack
No siblings, if possible:
Siblings younger than Tigers (1st Grade) may attend camp with a parent but will NOT be allowed to participate most camp activities. These youth must stay with and be fully supervised by their parent/legal guardian for the duration of the event. The parent must register as an Adult Scout or Tiger Partner, will not be counted toward the 1 to 3 volunteer ratio, and will only be responsible for supervising the sibling. It is advisable that this should be carefully considered, as the pace and excitement of the day camp environment can be overwhelming for younger children
Adult Volunteers:
Each Pack must provide 1 adult volunteer for every 3 Scouts
Adults must register through Black Pug
Background checks will be performed automatically via registration info
If one adult registers another, an Adult in Camp Compliance Form must be printed, signed, and physically turned in by the adult attending
Volunteers must be registered with Scouting America and attend required staff training
Youth Volunteers:
Must be registered with Scouting America
Ages 14–18 may serve as Youth Staff
Youth Den Chiefs under age 14 may volunteer only with their current den
Youth under 14 who are not Den Chiefs may assist only under direct parent/leader supervision
Each evening, your Scout will be assigned to a den group and rotate through exciting stations led by trained staff. Every night is different, and the schedule is packed with engaging, hands-on activities like:
🎯 Archery and BB Guns (certified range staff on-site)
🎨 Crafts and woodworking
🌿 Outdoor activities
🚒 STEM and safety demos
⚽ Games, challenges, and more!
Camp ends each night with a campfire-style program full of cheers, songs, and Scout spirit. A light dinner or snack will be provided each evening.
Full Class B uniform (pack t-shirt or Cub Scout shirt)
Refillable water bottle
Sunscreen and bug spray (applied before arrival)
Closed-toe shoes or hiking boots
Small backpack or drawstring bag
Camp chair or blanket for closing programs
