🌟 Why Attend Circle Ten Cub Scout Summer Camps?

Summer is one of the best parts of Cub Scouting. It’s where Scouts get outdoors, try new activities, and build confidence while having fun with their families and friends.

If your Scout has never been to camp before, this is the perfect year to start.

Cub Scout camping is designed to be:

The Cub Scout program is built around outdoor experiences that support character, citizenship, fitness, and leadership development

🏕️ Camp Location: Camp James Ray

Camp James Ray is where Cub Scouts get to experience the best parts of Scouting all in one place. From the moment they arrive, Scouts are outdoors, active, and fully engaged in hands-on fun.

They’ll spend time cooling off in the camp’s great swimming pool, take part in age-appropriate outdoor activities, and try things they don’t get to do at a typical den meeting. Every part of camp is designed to keep Scouts moving, exploring, and having fun.

By the evening, Scouts gather with their Pack around a campfire, sharing stories and wrapping up a full day outdoors. It’s the kind of experience where they build confidence, strengthen friendships, and come home already asking when they can go back.

WEBELOS/AOL RESIDENT CAMP

Dates

Session 1: June 8 - 10
Session 2: June 15 - 17
Session 3: June 22 - 24

Cost

$250: Youth Participants
$150: Adult Participants

Who: 4th and 5th grade Scouts

Three night camping experience
Monday afternoon - Wednesday night
Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts
Leaders and parents welcome
Tents and meals provided
No siblings
Scouts rotate through activities together

Activities include:

Shooting Sports
Swimming
Scout Fun!

This option is ideal for older Scouts getting ready for Scouts BSA, with more independence and adventure.

PLEASE NOTE: Programming ends on Wednesday after campfire. All units must depart camp by Thursday at 10:00 a.m.

FAMILY WEEKEND - SCROLL DOWN

$160: Youth Participants
$105: Adult & Den Chief Participants

Who: Open to ALL Cub Scouts (Lion through AOL) and their families

Attend as a family
Attend as a den
Flexible schedule
Stay the whole weekend or come for part of it

Activities include:

Outdoor games and challenges
Campfire programs
Nature exploration
Range & target activities (age-appropriate and council-run only)

Range and target activities such as archery and BBs are only conducted at approved council events and camps

Summer Cub Fun Days bring the excitement of Scouting into flexible, easy-to-attend sessions designed to fit your life. Whether it’s a daytime experience or an evening adventure, your Cub Scout will jump into hands-on fun, outdoor exploration, and new friendships.
